FARM ANIMALS and PETS
Haole Boy is a famous legendary Surfing Therapy Dog from Ventura, California. Haole worked for A.W.O.W. (A Walk On Water) surfing with children having unique needs, safely giving them the confidence and thrill of surfing with him on his board. His work achieved the level that is the goal of the Surfing Therapists allowing Haole to earn the AWOW Surfer's Vest designating him an official Ambassa-dog. Sadly Haole passed in May of 2020 after a brave two year fight with cancer, but he lived life to surf and to love, surfing one last time just a couple days before he passed onto the rainbow bridge. Haole Boy's legend lives on in many ways, from A.W.O.W. to a Ventura Beach Painted Rock Garden dedicated to Haole that continues to grow and attract visitors after three years, he also has his own craft beer and dedicated can design for Ventura's Rincon Brewery. While Haole was still with us, his parents started a line of clothing and other Haole gear called "Haole Boy Life." The brand continues today, carrying on Haole's legacy and continues to give back to A Walk On Water and The Brodie Fund. Haole is also on Instagram @haoleboysurfs.
